Inside a European ship repair leader.
Since 2024 we have partnered with Remontowa Shiprepair — one of Europe’s largest and most innovative ship repair yards — to put private AI agents into their daily operations.
We trained a model on their historical projects that automatically classifies repair scopes to the right department, replacing a manual routing step that used to depend on a handful of experienced people. We built an intelligent search agent connected directly to their ERP, so a question that meant an afternoon of digging through systems and archives is now answered in seconds. And we launched an internal AI chat that integrates with the other applications their teams already use.

As much or as little as you allow. Every module has configurable autonomy levels — from suggest-only, to draft-and-approve, to fully automated with post-hoc review. Most yards start with human approval on every action and loosen it as trust builds.

How does customisation work?

What is the commercial model?
A platform licence plus an engagement fee for the Discovery / Prototype / Implementation phases. Ongoing Support is contracted separately. We will share commercial details on the discovery call.
